1. Do you ship to New York City and across the USA?

Yes! We ship everywhere in the USA, including New York City. We are based in New Jersey, so orders to NYC and the East Coast typically arrive in 5-8 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.

2. What is 14K Gold Filled jewelry?

14K Gold Filled is NOT plated. It is a thick layer of real 14K solid gold that is pressure-bonded to a base of jeweler's brass. By law, it must contain 5% or 1/20th real gold by weight. It is much more valuable and durable than gold plated jewelry.

3. Why 14K Gold Filled and not Gold Plated? This is very important.

This is why our customers love us. Gold Plated jewelry has a microscopic layer of gold (0.05%) that fades, tarnishes, and turns skin green in a few weeks or months. Our 14K Gold Filled jewelry has 100x more real gold. It will NOT tarnish, peel, or turn your skin green. With proper care, it can last 10-20 years and looks just like solid 14K gold, but at a much more affordable price.

4. Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?

Never. That only happens with cheap plated or brass jewelry. Our 14K Gold Filled jewelry is hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. You can wear it every day with confidence.

5. Can I shower, swim, or exercise with it?

Yes, you can! Unlike gold plated jewelry, 14K Gold Filled is water-resistant. You can shower and wash your hands with it on. We do recommend removing it for swimming pools (chlorine) and for lotions/perfumes to keep its shine for many years.

6. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

7. What is your return policy?

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or store credit. Please  contact us at support@14kgoldfilled.store to start a return.
