RETURN & REFUND POLICY - 14K GOLD FILLED JEWELRY
All Sales Final on Sale/Clearance Items
Returns Accepted Within: 14 Days of Delivery
Conditions for Return:
- Item must be UNWORN, UNUSED, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Customer pays return shipping costs
- Items showing signs of wear, tarnish from use, or damage will NOT be accepted
How to Start a Return:
1. Email desainov@gmail.com within 14 days with order number
2. We will provide return address if approved
3. Once received and inspected, refund issued within 3-5 business days
Non-Returnable Items:
- Earrings for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalized items
- Items damaged by customer misuse
Refunds:
Refunds issued to original payment method only. Original shipping costs ($5) are non-refundable.
Damaged/Defective Items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
